My husband and I attended a Marriage Get-away retreat, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and the breakfast is quite something, we didn't expect the waffles and the variety they had. There is a lady by the name of Jill that was super nice and kind, we loved her, everybody who works in the Hotel industry should be like her, she is AMAZING! Please give her a raise!! Thank you so much Best Western Muskoka, we will sure be back :)

This was our second visit to Best Western Muskoka Inn. Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, all linens are high quality. Everywhere in the hotel is kept meticulously clean. Breakfast choices are varied and plentiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown Huntsville and highway 11 is conveniently nearby. It is an excellent choice for a stay in Huntsville.

Our family loved getting adjoining rooms on the top floor. Both rooms were equally spotless and very clean. Beds were super comfy with the right amount of pillows! We also loved the pool, also very clean with towels ready for use and plenty of places to sit for non-swimmers. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning had great variety and everyone found something different both days. Latte machine is a nice convenience!

Customer Service was stellar, had problems with my card during check in and the guys (wasn’t able to get their names) they were able to find ways to help me out. The room was nice and clean beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too, there were a lot of options and very filling. Definitely coming back here next time.

What we liked: the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. The mattress was comfortable. Lots of bathroom vanity surface and the additional extension mirror was great. Really appreciated the very quiet fridge.

Location is great ! Near Algonquin Park. The beds where very confortable and the rooms clean. We stay two times already and will come back for sure.

The hotel is located very close to downtown and close to the highway. I liked the generous breakfast they had and the fact that it was relatively quiet. The pool was not used much by other guests especially in the evening.

Staff were attentive and cleaning staff do an excellent job. Reasonable breakfast and once again great staff Room was cleaned very well. Staff were pleasant. Tables and chairs and picnic tables outside were nice.

The location was great for the Muskoka Iron Man 70.3. The staff even had breakfast ready early in race day so that participants and their families could have breakfast by 6am Some friends stayed at the Holiday Inn next door and did not get the same benefits
